G. Scott Williams attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1984 while graduating magna cum laude with Special Honors in English. While at UT, Mr. Williams was admitted to the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society, as well as the Sigma Tau Delta national English honor society. Mr. Williams received a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 1987. Mr. Williams was, and still is, admitted to the State Bar of Texas (1987), the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas (1988), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (1990).

Mr. Williams represents clients in trial and appellate courts as well as business matters. He has a broad mostly-litigation practice that includes commercial litigation (emphasis on business disputes and fraud actions), consumer law, and general business law. Mr. Williams also assists his small business clients with a wide variety of legal services from the formation of the business itself to providing legal advice and solutions for problems encountered by the business in its operations.
